TSC was originally set up in
Hong-Kong in 1977 as Takei-Shoji Company (TSC) International
and handled the manufacture and export of electronics and household
appliances to Japan, the United States, and Canada.
In 1984, TSC International Merchandising, Ltd. was established in the
United States and formally opened their own office in Kansas City with
an additional liaison office in Taiwan. Currently, TSC USA
handles sourcing through Hong Kong and Taiwan to better serve it's
customers. For American companies already producing in Asia, we can
often locate better quality and/or price advantages within Asia.
TSC's customers have included companies such as Hitachi, Canadian
Tire, Pierre Cardin, Thermos, Meco, Fiesta, First Alert,
Sunbeam, Hazel, Western Auto, Sam's Club and Emerson Radio.
